“upon arrival, went to the bus stop but couldnt get on the first two buses as both were full. When we did get on a bus, it was empty, however the driver insisted on packing in as many people and cases as possible, even to the point where there were bags and cases in the walkways. This was concerning as if there had been an issue and we had to get off the bus in a hurry, then this would have considerably slowed people down. Also there were far too many people on the bus, such that a large male passenger ended up sitting on my 11 year old niece. i fully appreciate that it may have been a busy day or period and that your driver was trying to help as many people as possible, but if this was the case then you need to consider running more buses to this car park.
Also upon our return we waited for about 25 minutes for a bus at terminal two to take us back. although during this time, two empty buses arrived for park 1, and two with very few people on for ringway.
Lastly, when it came time to leave this car park in our cars, the signage for the exit via the roads was not at all clear. The walking exits to your bus stops are clearly indicated, but not the exit to drive out by, and when we did find our way out we found that some people had parked on the road next to the exit (ie they were not in a marked bay) making it difficult to manouever our cars around them.
All in all, not the best experiance of airport parking I have ever had, sorry.”
“Always park here when flying from Manchester Airport. It's dead straight forward to book, reasonably priced and is secure. Also plenty of spaces with a regular shuttle bus pick up to the airport.”
“Easy to access and good transfer service. Would perhaps be better if on arrival you were allocated a zone to park on as we did drive around quite a while looking for spaces & some cars were parked in no parking areas, and therefore restricting access to some area's. Overall though we were satisfied & price was competitive.”
“Almost impossible to find a parking space, no system in place for allocated spaces. Very stressful when your trying to catch a flight, give yourself an extra 20 mins.”
