“Easy to find , automatic barrier , find a space , walk to nearest bus stop (take note of bus stop Number) board a bus to terminal. Do reverse on way back really easy and seamless”

The only struggle we had was transferring our case to the bus stop with the stoney floor services.”
“Massive car park where initially we thought there were no available spaces so it caused some panic to us that we wouldn’t be able to find a space. The bus to the airport the driver was very helpful and supported all customers to get their suitcases on to the luggage racks which meant that the bus was full and all seats were taken which was a good service. This could NOT be said for the bus on the return trip when we arrived back into the UK at 3.30am the bus driver didn’t help anyone so it meant suitcases weren’t put properly on the luggage racks so less people could get on the bus and the driver then decided that as the rack was “full” but the seats were definitely not he wouldn’t allow any more passengers on the bus so he left us. The next bus driver also didn’t help anyone load the luggage so it was left to my husband and another passenger to sort the luggage racks so the same didn’t happen again!! Disgusting service, felt like we were an inconvenience to the night drivers on shift and I will never use this car park service again I’d rather pay extra and park at the airport. DO NOT USE!!!”
