“Brilliant service except a bigger parking space may be needed and more buses with time frequency. Took us ages to find a free spot so but the time we did that then waited for bus , we were rushing to check-in !”
“We arrived in plenty if time but took that long to find a space we were left with very little time once through passport control. We feel some indicators where free spaces are would be very helpful for all customers. We travelled with a disabled wheelchair user and its very disturbing when you are unable to find an accessible place which impedes their access on paths etc when there are no suitable places to park near a bus stop. We arrived back in the early hours which made it very difficult to find bus stop 97, having taken a photo where we'd parked our car as you can appreciate the car park in darkness does not give you much help to recognise your carspace.
Please get some indicators of free spaces.
Please get a system that lights up the bus stop numbers.
Please announce the bus stops being approached.
Please make disabled spaces reserved for blue badge confirmed holders, this could he done on booking.
Please make the car park surfaces proper tarmacadam, surely you make enough money to do this, it's what you customers deserve”
