“On arrival the barrier was broken, we had to gain access via our booking confirmation by a attendant at the barrier.
On leaving the barrier would not open I assume as the Reg plate recognition was not working on entry. We had to use the intercom to get the barrier opened using our confirmation number. We were probably held up for 5 minutes.
We've us Jet parks 3 many times before with no issues, just unlucky this time.”

“To airport was fine. Pick up from airport were waiting for nearly 30 minutes , then had to go around the houses, swap buses before we got back to the car. Getting out of the carpark onto the main road was another 20 minutes. it took longer to get from airport to car on the road than it did to get off plane through security and passport control at airport”
“We waited for 3 busses as each one was full, the driver then set off on the link way to airport only to realize he hadn't dropped off 10 passengers, who started yelling, he turned bus around and had to go back to car park and all way round making us very late, we were not impressed and won't use this service again”
