“Easy entry - but then nowhere to park - no signs to direct you to empty areas - have to drive round a very large area to find a space - then wait over 15 minutes for a bus which was full- cases in aisle as racks full, on return at 0115 waited 25 minutes for a bus to return to car park -”
“Getting there and parking was ok but an idea of where the spaces are would be really helpful - did feel like we drove round for ages
Bus for drop off was fine
The reason I have only given 2 stars is issues with getting back to the car park. Waited for quite a while for a bus at least 15 got off the driver let 2 people on who seemed to just want a free lift to terminal one then said only 3 more people could get on. There were empty seats and space but he wouldn’t let us on as we were 7. We then had to wait ages for another bus - was touch and go whether there was enough room on that one - but the driver did let us on. Obviously it took ages to go to terminals 2 and 1 dropping off and picking up before we eventually got back to the car.
Having paid £195 for a weeks parking I expected a better service. Whilst I appreciate people want free lifts between terminals this is not a fair use of a service I had paid for.
I didn’t realise we’d have to do this journey going back. If I’d have realised I would have made alternative arrangements as this was definitely not value for money. Previously used jet parks 1 for terminal 2 this was great so my expectations had been raised plus this was way cheaper too
Need to consider one bus per terminal and maybe someone directing to spaces”
“Had a issue where we overstayed and got charged extra £15 for going over time slot due to delay and unable to get on first bus .. complained and I was refunded. Would definitely use again”
“We have used this car park when flying from Manchester. For the first time there was a very long queue trying to get out of the car park, could do with another lane for those turning left. Otherwise it would have been 5*”
