“Easy to locate. Finding a car park space was tricky, had to go all the way to the back until I found one. The bus transfer to the airport came quickly the first time. On arrival back into Manchester, as advertised on the post a bus is supposed to come every 10-15 minutes to take you to the car park. This was not the case, we was waiting at least 25-30 minutes, others had been waiting a lot longer than us too. When the bus finally turned up it was near enough full. Thankfully, it was a nice summers night so not a massive issue waiting outside however in the winter months I would find this extremely frustrating, especially if it rained. It also meant that we got home later than expected due to the delay, as the bus was so full there was so many drop offs. Overall I would use the car park again, there just needs to be more buses on throughout the day. Just ensure you allow more time in your journey to find a car park space.”
“It’s pretty much a free for all when you get there. It’s huge and poorly laid out - you basically just have to drive around endlessly until you find a parking spot and there were cars parked haphazardly everywhere. It took me 30 minutes to find a space. The buses are rammed and it took another 30 minutes after you’ve gone through all the stops so the transfer time is not as stated. Honestly just pay a bit more for a meet and greet it’s not worth the hassle and stress!!”
“Mixed drivers. Outward journey early morning he was helpful and courteous. Inward journey around 2am on 19th August an absolute disgrace . Didn’t help a lady with a pram who had to stand, opened the automatic door onto her leg that caused her some pain, spent most of the journey on radio fixing up his next “ brew “, made no attempt to announce the number of the bus stops which we couldn’t see in the dark.”
