“We arrived at jet park 3 on arrival parking spaces were very scarce totally eventually found one on arrival back at Manchester airport a week later we waited ages for a bus to take us back to the carpark we all were packed liked sardines on the bus on arrival very hard to see the signs were our car was parked the driver wasn’t much help he just sat there in his cab never spoke at all”
“The facility is massive and the security is good entry and exit was quick. There was only 1 draw back due to the size of the facility getting depending where the bus stop you use it can take ages to get picked up and dropped off. On departure 5 buses drive past us full before we crammed into the 6th bus. So make sure you leave plenty of time before you need to be at the terminal and this was in June so dread ti think what the holiday rush would be like with kids and buggies. There is a lot said for the small facilities a little further out that this company also operate.”
“Location was fine short ride to terminal however we turned up very early in the morning around 3am and waited at nearest bus stop and had to wait with a small child as 2 buses went past full. Each driver said another bus is coming soon. We moved to another stop and finally caught one after waiting over 40 mins. Quite stressful really”
“I contacted you via email, I arrived for my holiday and entered the airport to be told my holiday had been cancelled. One hour later I left your car park but contacted you and asked for a refund or credit for a future holiday but your staff referred me to your t&c's what a joke if I had known 24hrs before my holiday had been cancelled I wouldn't have used your bloody car park. Your customer service stinks”
“Waiting behind 4 cars at barrier whilst front car struggled. Waited almost half an hour for the bus which was full when it came to our stop & had to wait for next bus. All in all it took 70 minutes from arrival at car park to airport terminal.”
