“No problem parking and easy access. Car was safe and fine when we returned. Bus drivers were very helpful and polite. I would recommend APH great value and even better service”
“Service very good on inward journey. On our return, we (plus 6 other people ) waiting at bus stop .Jet parks bus arrived 4 of us asked if it was going to jetparks3 we were told yes. Sooo we all got on ( plus a lady who was going away who had left something in her car was going back to get it ) He was NOT going to J3 but Ringroad we all had to get off, wait for another bus back to airport, then another bus to J3. Told driver about this he told us they were not same company. Maybe signage on return should be clearer. Not what you want on return from holiday. Do hope the lady got back in time to make her flight.”
“Could do with more signage from the main road. After finally managing to park a bus arrived promptly, the driver was friendly and helpful. Return journey driver was very condescending to all passengers spoke to us like we were children and bordered on being rude. Overall a fair service”
“Absolutely fine for arriving, parking your car and getting to the airport. On our return it took over 30 minutes for a shuttle bus to arrive and pick us up from the airport. It wasn’t a major issue, just a bit annoying. Otherwise, everything was great. I would still book again as the price is reasonable and overall it was a good service”
“I normally find the park and ride arrangements work well. on 18 June from 04.15 we saw one bus in 40 minutes and it was "setting down only". That 40 minutes eliminated our buffer. On alighting at T1 there were the predicted queues and we finished up being called forward and on last call.”
