“Arrived late at night in poor weather conditions and when the barrier failed to rise found we were trying to enter the Staff car park as we had missed the sign so we had to reverse with difficulty. The car park was extremely busy and we had to drive a long way through it to the far end in poor visibility before we finally found a place. It took over 30 min for a transfer bus to arrive by which time we (and two other groups) were freezing. When we returned to Manchester the transfer bus came quickly and with the help of the driver who called out the bus stops we easily located our car.”
“Utter chaos return transfer bus so full that the driver could not be heard when announcing stops. Bus had passengers that had paid for Jet3 parking yet were not being taken to their stops. Turns out that they should have been on Jet Ringway bus having spent an hour on the the Jet3 bus. Missed our stop so had to do a complete circuit. It was not the drivers fault but improvements on signage at the airport terminals may have helped. I will not be using Jet3 car park ever again.”
“Takes so much stress out off your trip. Literally drive up, scan your reg, pick up at numerous bus stops, fly off on hols and then same again on the way back. They’re always a bus to take you back to the car park. 5 stars!”
“Car park was good, just a few issues getting in and out the car park as the number plate recognition didn't recognise my car so had to ring through to reception.”
