“The sat nav provided was unrecognised by both our sat nav and phones so was very difficult to find. Outgoing, long wait for transfer bus and the driver did not announce any terminals which meant passengers were unsure when to get off the bus. Return jouney was perfect, lovely helpful driver.”
“Always a good service and value for money. Helpful bus drivers. As we haven’t been travelling for a while due to covid unfortunately I wasn’t aware of the new road layout near it so it took a little longer to get there than normal. Obviously that’s down to us and not Jet Parks.”

“Easy to get to and no real problem going out. However on return there was quite a long wait for a bus to arrive (more buses needed maybe) & it was a complete rugby scrum when it did turn up. Probably go back to a private transfer in the future.”
“Finding the car park was easy, however finding a space was not, there is no-one to guide you and the sections of parking are very long so it is not easy to see if there are any spaces & if you drive down to see, you then either have to reverse back or do a 3 point turn to get back to the main link road & try again if not.”
