“The car park was probably overbooked, other users had parked their cars in non designated space i.e at the end of rows/blocking steps, this made navigating the car park difficult, furthermore given the cramped car park conditions the spaces available upon my arrival were very few and the ones available were exceptionally tight, so much so my passengers had to get out before I parked to ensure i didnt door dink other cars.
Not an ideal experience, i probably won’t use again in the summer holidays as there just wasnt the space for the volume of cars booked.”
“My satnav didn't find the postcode given, but with the written directions to hand it was easy to find. The buses are very regular and the drivers very helpful.”
“Didn't have much problem finding a car parking space and the one I did find was right near a bus stop so was very pleased. Will definately be using them again. It's just a shame that the price has gone up quite alot since we last used them 4 years ago.”
“The car park was packed soild took ages to find a space car exit were blocked bloody joke and once we found a space had to carry luggage over very poor road conditions no good if you are disabled and once we got on a bus took over 40 minutes to get to terminal 2 plus it was packed the bus will not be using jet parks3 again.”
“Massive carpark in a barrier controlled entry and exit. Number plate recognition. Easy once you find it.
The postal code on the email confirmation took us to the city when I input it into my Audi Q5 2019 model. However on my phone Google maps it was correct. Just know the carpark is right next to the airport so if satnavs take you towards the city your going wrong.
All in all, happy. Also very frequent buses”
