Had a rough experience in April waiting for 1hr at 11pm but the only hiccup I've had.

“Should be in a far better condition that it is. Drainage is shocking, we were soaked going back to the car, mainly from the massive puddles.
Not sure why bother having steps at all, they should all be ramps for cases, wheelchairs and buggies alike. The amount of money that will be going through this place, it should be among the best car parks in the world.”
“Used JetParks3 many times without issue. Last two times cars have been allowed to park in unauthorised places blocking access exits routes. The car park needs better monitoring/supervising so that cars are directed to areas with spaces.”
