“Your company does not understand the meaning of customer's satisfaction . For a start , getting to your facility & finding / getting a parking space is so bad . In the application , it was described as a multi - storey car park and it is anything but . To charge so much as a penalty for not coming back on the day due to no fault of mine ( delayed flight / cancelled ) is extortion ( you should have provision to accomodate that likelihood in your customer support ) and really tells of rip - off Britain . I hope I don't use your facility again , thanks ( but no thanks ) .”
“The car park was easy to find, we found a parking space after a short search, the transfer to the airport was easy as was the return and the car was as we had left it - no complaints!
The price was a little higher than I would have liked but was cheaper than other car parks nearby. I would recommend this car park to others.”
“For the money you pay the car park was like a cattle market! Cars parked like they’d been abandoned, no actual marked spaces, had to drive around numerous times to find a space, only positive was the frequent transfers to airport and the location”
“Parked my car at jet parks 3 for 2 weeks and had no issues. U can only enter the car park via your booking and there are cameras everywhere. The shuttle busses are every 10 mins to the terminals so didn’t have to wait long. Will definitely be using jetparks on my next trip.”

“Quick and easy to find give yourself more time as parking can be busy and you can spend time searching for spaces. Buses are quick but remember which bus stop you get on at as otherwise it’s a nightmare to find your car”
