“Firstly, there were virtually NO designated spaces in which to park our car!!! We had to identify a car that was leaving in order to park our vehicle. And we must have been the lucky ones because when we returned to our car a week later there were cars parked in every conceivable place, including blocking roads, literally all over the place. This is NOT the experience I want when paying the huge amount asked and then leaving my car for a week!! Secondly, the buses were rammed with passengers and luggage - both journeys. JetParks 3 clearly has no consideration of any 'quality of service', unless that target is 'dreadful'. Thirdly, signage inside Manchester airport for JetParks 3 bus stops is appalling. And, when you find the bus stop and join the back of the huge queue, there is no way of knowing who in that queue is waiting for the JetParks 3 bus and who is waiting for one of the many other buses that stop there. It's total chaos, no access through the queue to the bus etc. The only thing going in your favour is that the whole Manchester airport experience is now so bad it's almost expected that car parking will be equally poor. Seriously considering changing to Liverpool airport in the future.”
“Really easy to find and bus turned up within 5 minutes of getting to a bus stop which was perfect. On return we did have a longer wait and the bus was very busy however this would not stop us from using again in the future as it was so easy to find.”

“You advertise shuttle buses every 15 minutes but on my day of travel Sunday 3rd September at 3am we stood waiting 50 minutes for a shuttle bus (not a good start to my holiday and also not acceptable).
But on the plus side on my return only waited 5 minutes for the shuttle bus”
“We have used jetparks 3 a few times now. Very happy parking here. The only problem this time was it took ages to find a spot and we weren't the only ones struggling. People had almost just abandoned their cars. I had to reverse back along one aisle because turns were blocked by parked cars”
“A huge improvement on last year, this year the bus driver was pleasant and helpful with our heavy bags storing them on the bus so others could fit on. Unfortunately another bus drove into ours when we were parked up at Terminal 1 so that caused a delay while another bus took all the passengers wanting to go to Terminal 2. Luckily no one was hurt, it was simply bad driving from the other bus driver who where there wasn’t space to drive around our parked bus. Parking the car took a while, it was very busy and hard to find a spot but we did so in the end. I would use JetParks again as we paid a fair price”
