“I would recommend Jetparks 3 as we have never had any issues for many years. But this trip we arrived at barrier to be told you've been moved to Jetparks Ringway, no email or phone call to advise of the change.”
“I showed up at the car park per the directions on the booking confirmation. The barrier didn’t lift . I pressed the help button and was told that the car park was closing the next day and was given clear directions to a nearby car park . I didn’t get an email advising of this change which was very disappointing. If an email was sent I missed it”
“We turned up at jet parks 3 to be told its closed for the winter and that our booking no longer exists and that we had moved to Jetparks Ringway and had no communication from APH before leaving to let us know the changes and the parking was okay, just needs more signs for where the bus stops are as we struggled to find them.”
“The ANPR works well and despite the transfer time bring the longest of all the Jetparks we didn’t have to wait long for a bus. The bus drivers were helpful and kept us informed of what was happening and where we were too.”
