“We thought it was good value & the buses were great but why did the camera not recognise our reg plate both going in & coming out. May I suggest that the help button is easier to find in the dark please make it clear as this really stressed me out when the barrier did not open for us & we had paid. Luckily there was no one behind us as was quiet time. Don’t think we were only ones having an issue.”
“Can't review Jet Parks 3 as we received a message telling us to go to Jet Parks Ringway. The only space I could find at Ringway had a massive pothole full of rainwater so getting out of the car & getting cases out was difficult, (bay B811). Even harder when we got back as the water had frozen making it very precarious to walk on to get into the car then reverse out before loading the car again. Some maintenance is needed on the site. Entry & exit at the barriers was ok though.”
