“The car park is very big but easy to find. It is a good job we were in plenty time as it took us a long time to find a parking place. The bus transfer was quick and efficient. Allocated parking spaces or areas would provide a more stress free experience.”
“Car Park was very full. No indication where the free spaces are. Eventually found one after 20 minutes of searching with the help of a passing shuttle bus driver. Then we waited 35 minutes for the next shuttle bus to come along. The driver said that it "was changeover time", and no shuttle bus drivers are available at this time. Will never use this service again. A very poor experience.”
“Awful set up. Took 20 minutes to find a “space” and then had to essentially had to manufacture a space and shoe horn between two other cars.
Return collection was awful too. 40 minutes wait for a bus due to a lack of drivers. Unacceptable.”
