“Excellent parking but when we parked we found that some buses have been taken off service resulting in very packed buses and longer waiting times but still the place to park. 01/06/2024//15/06/2024”
“Generally a good service, a few criticisms:
-The loose aggregate used on the car park makes pulling your luggage and baby stroller to the bus stop quite difficult
-There is no queuing system at arrivals so it’s a bit of a free for all given everyone is eager to get home”
“Simple to book and good price. Turned up and found a space fairly easily at 9:30am by going to the rear section of the car park rather than driving round and round the front section like several other drivers. Bus stops clearly signed but my only gripe is the rows where you park your car are rough gravel/hardcore so trying to get your cases to the bus stop is a bit of a bind. Once at the bus stop, waited 10/15 mins for a bus and was at terminal 2 in no time at all. On my return at 7:00am bus arrived at clearly signed bus stop outside arrivals at terminal 2 and was at my car in 15 mins max. Great”
