“Easy to use and transfers good.
Can be difficult to find a space at busy times - an indication of available spaces would be good. Would also be better if the bus went round the stops in numerical order!”

The only down side is it's a rough service rather than tarmac but overall please with location, bus transfer times are regular, would absolutely return again”
“Very helpful and friendly drivers on both journies to and from the carpark to the airport terminals.
We were a day late returning to collect our car due to a major issue at Manchester airport. The barrier would not rise as we had overstayed our pre-booked time. The gentleman who responded to the intercom was very apologetic about the issue and immediatley raised the barrier withour requiring an additional payment.
On arrival at the car park it would be helpful if there was a way of directing cars to where there are spaces as it can take some time to find a space.”
“Easy to find and park. Frequent buses. No problem getting transferred to airport. Returning back the flight was cancelled so late back. Emailed customer services to let them know. Collected car but barrier would not open. I rang both numbers on documentation and neither worked (maybe it's a Sunday thing). Found a telephone symbol on the exit panel and that put me through to a helpful person who explained I had gone beyond the extra 6 hours. Having explained the circumstances (Manchester airport had cancelled most flights) he open the barrier. Will use them again but they need to sort the phone numbers.”
