“Great service from the APH team from booking to arrival. Well-organised and swift transfer both to and from the terminals & everything clearly explained.
Paid extra for the car to be parked undercover, which it had been. However, the bonnet was plastered with bird droppings on collection. Understand it must be difficult to keep such a large indoor area bird-free with doors opening and closing constantly. Just a bit disappointed as had chosen undercover to avoid this. APH did offer to wash the vehicle. Used APH previously and never had any instances like this so hopefully just a one-off!”
“Generally, it is a trouble-free experience, on the outbound trip to Man Airport, it was quite early and the bus seemed to wait a long time before setting off, there didn't seem any obvious reason for this, as the bus was almost full. The return pickup went well.”
