“I had used APH for years without any issues , but this time was really disappointed. I paid extra money to store my car inside a building with roof , when I came back from my New York trip , my rear windscreen was cover with birdshit .”
“Although we always find the people at APH very good - this time damage occurred to the wheel trims of the car. We will not be making a claim against APH as we are covered by our insurance. We paid extra for parking undercover as when booking we found the cheaper car park was full. This will not affect us booking again with you as we normally find the service excellent.”
