“We arrived early on the Sunday morning and very quickly found ourselves checked in and on the bus for the short journey to Manchester airport. We were impressed by the speed and efficiency.
However, on the way back, the situation was quite different. We called, as requested, when we had reclaimed our baggage then walked to bus stop K. Once there, we waited in the damp and cold for over twenty minutes before the bus arrived. Then the journey back to the car took far longer than the journey to the airport. Overall, the time from the airport door to the car park was about forty minutes. In that time we could have been more than half way home to Leeds. What a shame that the return journey wasn't as good as the outward one.
Next time, we'll pay a bit more for Meet and Greet.”
“We arrived at APH manchester at 06.30 on 29th December check in prompt, driver took our luggage and stored it for us a brilliant guy (no spring chicken) but really helpful also when he dropped us at T2.
Our return at 07.40 on 13th January I phoned the office a polite lady told me where to go, we only waited 5 minutes, bus arrived the driver sat in his seat not offering to help (he was a much younger guy) so I stowed all our luggage when we got back to the park he still sat there till I was passing the last suitcase off the bus when he asked if I needed help. Lazy comes to mind. I have used APH lots and will continue to do so but a helping hand would be nice.”
