“Regular user of APH Manchester & usually have an excellent service as was the case going to the airport. However on our return (late Sat night) I sent the required text when through border control in Arrivals & received reply text at 23.53. We were at bus stop K, 5 mins later. The pick up bus arrived at 00.26 so a half hour wait on a cold windy January night felt far too long. I will not be using the service again for a late evening arrival.”
