“As a long time user of APH in Manchester I was most disappointed by my recent experience: I was not advised that the bus stop at Terminal 2 was such a long walk to the terminal as my wife and myself are octogenarians we found the walk on arrival and the pick to be exhausting, also on the outward bound bus and inward bus there was no assistance offered in loading and unloading luggage.
Finally in reception I was told where my vehicle was parked however it was no way near as advised and took some time to find.
Extremely disappointed will not use APH again”
“I paid extra to park the car under cover knowing the time we were returning and the time of year.
Bearing in mind that when I picked up the car at approx 6 am the car was covered in bird muck and the front windsceen was tottaly frozen 'was I expecting to much to be able to drive off without to much hassle at that time of the morning?'”
“The park and ride was easy to find and use. The buses ran frequently and the drivers were helpful with luggage. We paid extra to have our brand new car parked undercover. Unfortunately when we returned to pick up our car it had bird droppings on it in several places. When I mentioned this to a member of staff, I was informed that it must have happened that day, otherwise they would have washed them off.”
