I only discovered this after collecting my car and driving a number of miles before seeing the crack on my windscreen!! Having driven the vehicle off site I knew there would be no point in contacting them to raise this issue!!”
“The only reason the rating wasn't five stars is that you now have to go outside to get to the toilets. Everything else was great. The driver was very helpful, lifting our cases onto and back off the rack for us. While waiting to be picked up, we watched people travelling with other companies struggling to get on and off the bus with cases, babies, pushchairs and wheelchairs while the driver just sat and watched!”
