“Overall good exerience. Transfers were smooth although there was a wait for the returning bus, the bus to the airport was ready waiting and we just had to wait a bit for it to fill up which is fair enough. My car was ready to go on returning and was as i left it. The biggest negative for me was the attitude of the staff. The lady who met me to drop the car off instantly started complaining at me about other customers from eariler in the morning and generally expressing how irritateds she was. While this wasnt aimed at me, it really wasnt what you want to be met with at 3:30 the morning. I especialy didnt appreciate her complaining about someone changing their baby in the lobby. I might be wrong but I couldnt see a toilet anywhere so Im not sure where she expected them to do it? Just a very negative and unpleasant atmosphere to create for people who just want to drop their car off and be on their way! The guy who met me on return was also not particularly friendly either. They clear instructions and the process was smooth but a more welcoming environment would be nice.”

I paid for undercover parking & when I picked up my car, it was disgusting. Covered in bird poo & looked like it had been parked in an industrial park. White car, that looked more black. Shocking to be honest. Also a scuff appeared on my side mirror.”
