“I have used APH for a few times whilst flying. BUT I have been disappointed with the last visit. I own a Cabriolet which I wanted to be kept indoors for the period of my travel away. I paid for 5 days.
Upon returning to the UK I found my car outside which in its self isn’t the issue but it was soaked. Upon asking when my car had been put outside I was informed the day before due to space requirements.
Upon my return home I made a complaint about this has I had paid for 5 days undercover.
I was contacted by APH where the did explain about the storage but that wasn’t explained in the booking.
I have been offered a free upgrade for the next time I use APH but still doesn’t keep the car under cover for a full booking period.”

“We had positive experience at this Park and ride, it was easy to locate and the staffs were professional in handling our car. Transfer to the airport was straightforward and the drivers were also helpful as they helped put our luggages in the appropriate compartnment on the bus. The car was ready for pick up when we arrived rom our holiday and was parked in a fab spot for us to load the car with our luggages.”
