The last couple of years. Things have changed
I now pay for parking indoors. Due to my car being damaged last year. However on this occasion. My car had sandy water marks and bird faeces on it. Yet was supposed to be indoors
On pick up from the airport. Had to wait 25 mins for a bus. Rang and was told it was due to traffic. Wasn’t any traffic”

Person on reception could possibly be a bit more helpfull directing you to your car when we arrived back very late and tired at night. Instructions to where are car was parked was very vague to some body who doesn't know the car park layout .Luckily a guy found us wandering arround and came out to help us .”
“Very easy to book online.Arrival at depot very smooth transaction and transfer to departure terminal. Not rushed at all, Polite and Professional staff and helpful. Transfer on arrival, very clear instructions to get transfer back to depot to collect my car. Will be using them again.”
