“Very good service, easy to use and the staff at the office were very helpful and pleasant. Only suggestion would be to send a reminder email or text to customers upon returning date that they require their ticket to board the bus and and will be required again at the office. I didnt have mine to hand as I'd forgotten after a weeks holiday and full night traveling that it was said to me that I'd need it and the bus driver wasn't very understanding, he seemed quite annoyed by it actually so something like an email reminder would help both parties”
“Overall quite satisfied. Smooth transfer and staff very helpful and friendly. One slightly negative point was the condition of my car on my return. Someone with very muddy boots left marks on my door sills and carpets when parking it. More care needs to be taken”

“On arrival the check in of our vehicle was very smooth and efficient. Everything was explained of what to do on our return from collecting my car and arrange the transport once we had got our baggage. The check in point was clean and tidy, there was toilets accessible as well, which was very clean.
I will definitely be using this service again. Transfer buses are running all the time and there was barely any waiting time to transfer you to the airport or return to the carpark off site.”

“Seemless from start to finish. Car dropped off, waited a few minutes for the bus to take us straight to the terminal. Texted as advised once I had collected my luggage on return, again only waited 5minutes until the bus collected us again to take us back to our car were it was sitting waiting for us.”
