“Easy to book, staff are friendly and helpful. Short transfer to airport and great to be picked up on return. Have used APH a few times and no complaints.”
“I have been using APH for over 25 years especially for Manchester airport (Sharstone Estate) and Liverpool airport; and have never had cause to complain. My most recent trip from Manchester (15-22 May) was however not the best experience.
Welcome on 15 May was "brusque" and on my return I waited 48 minutes to be picked up at Terminal 1. In addition my car did not have the appearance of having been parked indoors- which I always choose.
All a bit of a shame as APH usually provides an excellent service.”
“Parking was easy . However on my return to collect the car there was bird poo on the rear of the car .
I paid for indoor parking , so dont know how the car had poo on it .

“Have used on numerous occasions. Been very satisfied. However, this time very disappointed. On collecting car after long return flight, noticed ‘sticky’ film covering the back of the car. Attendant unable to explain what it was. Pressure washed the car to remove but should not have been in this position. As said, very disappointed & review my options in the future.”
