“When we arrived there was a short delay as the organisation of the drop off system had gone wrong. But the staff we spoke spoke to could not have been more friendly, cheerful and helpful which immediately put me at ease
Collecting the car was easy too.”
“Excellent service. I have used the Manchester meet and greet T2 for the last 3 to 4 years and have had no problems. Quick and easy check in/drop off and collection and literally 2 minutes to terminal 2. Everything was explained where to find my car on my return. This is a safe and secure car park and I would highly recommend the excellent service provided.”
“Unfortunately we found it hard to get to the meet and greet Due to road works .We had to stop to ask someone how to get to it . We were directed by someone . We ended up on the ramp which was the drop off zone .we ask directions again was told to go round .
Time was running out we only just made our flight .When we got home we had a lovely fine of £100 for a 2 mins stop to ask directions. Along with a few other names our reg was added to the list we were told not to worry it would be wiped off at the end of the day ..Obviously not !!! The assistant who took our keys said this happens alot . There were a few names already on the list our Reg was added to it . We have appalled would welcome any assistance you can give. “We use this service every time we go away this could be 3 times a year .
But was not happy this time as any other time the car has allways been on the main floor were we just get the keys and get right in car and drive of .but this time we had to go in the lift to a other floor to pick the car up and it was right at the end of the carpark”
“Used this service this month for the first time and found it good. The information for arriving states 'pull up at a parking bay, drop your keys at reception' which led me to think I would physically meet someone to hand the keys to. However, the system is automated although staff are on hand to help if required so hence my score of 4 and not 5. Will use the service again and knowing what I now know about the procedure on arrival my score may well be 5 next time!”
“We have used this on numerous occasions but got totally lost . No signs posted for terminal 2 m and g and took us ages driving round . Sat nav takes you through drop off zone so waiting for our fine to arrive but not happy that all our stored address were deleted and settings changed in the car and even the language was in French not happy about this at all and had put me off using the company again. Why did they have to mess with all the settings when only driving a short distance??”
