“It was very easy to park up on arrival at the airport however on the return journey it took a little longer than anticipated, as there were no staff members around we had to navigate finding the locker and key ourselves, then locating the car park bay, but other than that it was okay.”
“Booking was straightforward and quick on arrival quick and easy handover of keys same on return. Would advise when arriving signposting off the roundabout is non existent. Ended up taking wrong exit up through terminal drop off zone which on arrival home found a non payment ticket for £60 which I now have to spend time appealing. Be careful!!”
“Unfortunately when we went to collect our car it had been put outside in a small parking area next to the busy road which meant it was covered in dust and dirt and also tree sap. Why was it not parked undercover in the huge multi storey car park? My husband also noticed there was a chip taken out of the offside door mirror as he checked around our car, because it was parked too close to a concrete pillar and had obviously had been banged it when your driver exited our car - please check the CCTV as this will confirm our dismay. My husband had difficulty trying to get into the car from the drivers side as unfortunately there wasn't much room, and was parked too close to the concrete pillar and he was not able to to go through the passenger side, as the car next to us was parked much too close too as well.
We are very disappointed and very upset as we've never had this problem parking with APH previously - and you will see if you look into our history, we have alway used APH. We have only had this car 3 months and it was in pristine condition when we bought it from the Volvo garage and it has been kept immaculate by my husband as it is his pride and joy.
