“We found it extremely difficult to find the way into the 'Meet and Greet' car park and must have gone round the roundabout system at the far end of the terminal 4 times before we found the correct road. Signage is a big problem and it should be made much clearer at the roundabout with the flags on, as to which road to take.
On our return, which was in the early hours of the morning, we found it extremely difficult to find out how to collect our car keys. There was no one around to help us. It wasn't what we expected from 'Meet and Greet'! After wandering around at 2am, we finally found someone who could help us find where we should have been and how to retrieve our keys.
Unfortunately it has put us off flying from Manchester Airport again. We were very stressed both getting into and out of the 'Meet and Greet' parking area.”
“There was no visible sign posting when we arrived we were told to park very close to other cars and I was unable to get out the passenger side and had to climb over to the driver side to get out. I need to have the door fully open due to my disability and felt this was handled very badly . On booking this service we should have been able to say we needed a disabled bay on arrival. Me climbing over to the other seat not only was a very bad struggle but stress on my husband and myself this parking once arrived needs to be changed I will never use this service again.”
“Very easy process start to finish. The only improvement I would suggest is that on return the directions to the locker could be clearer. It said go to the lockers in building opposite M&S but it was actually further to right and its signposted meet & greet on the building which which we eventually found. Overall however would highly recommend service.”
