“Well.... Not looked in to it but I'm guessing it's still the quickest and easiest way of parking.... but it's not meet and greet. You aren't 'met' on departure or 'greeted' on arrival by a human, it's all electronic. Last time I did it (years ago) it felt like a nice service, now it just feels part of the money making machine with no personal touch.
That said - we got a good price and it's a quick getaway so I would recommend on that basis. Just needs a name change.”

“The parking instructions you sent were easy to follow. Once inside the car park we weren’t too sure where the ramp was to go up to the inspection area but there were staff all around who were extremely helpful and showed us where to go. He walked alongside the car until he got us to where we needed to be. Coming home was even easier and our car was waiting for us right next to where we collected our keys. Well done on an excellent service. We will definitely use you again!”
