“Great from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I missed placed my receipt for my keys on return, but the staff on site were great. They did extra checks, confirmed who I was and got my keys back to travel home.”
“Difficult to find with the on going works. No signage and key collection was messy. Again no signs were are the keys lockers and barely found my car as the handwriting on the note was not clear.”
“We have used the T2 Meet and Greet several times now and find it very convenient for just dropping off and going straight through to departures on the same level as the car drop off. On return the car is there waiting for you to easily exit the carpark and get on your way.
I would have given 5 stars if only the road signage for finding the car park entrance was better. Last visit, because the correct roundabout exit was not clearly signed, we found ourselves driving through the Terminal 2 Drop Off area which carries a charge of £5 (which you need to pay online within 48 hours) or a £60 fine. We met two other people on the flight who had suffered the same thing..
However we are booked again for October and we will take better care with the road signs.”
