“We had problems entering the car park on departure as some people at the front of the queue couldn't get automatic entry- think they'd come to the wrong car park by mistake. Took a while to get M&G employee to come and sort it and cars had to try and reverse in line back into the road to let others out of the queue. Maked for an anxious start to the day! Never had this before and it needs sorting properly. Also on return the cars and key return is now split on 2 floors. Thankfully someone was there to direct us, not as straightforward as before.”
“Dropping off the car was very easy.
Getting the keys on return was also easy. Unfortunately no one had written on the key fob where the car was parked, which, at 2am in the morning with tired children, wasn't the best way to finish our holiday.”
“The explanation and location of the car after returning were not very clear, it was not easy to locate the elevator we were supposed to take, after leaving the elevator, there were no signs where the boxes with the keys were, after collecting the keys, the location of my car was not explained.”
“Easy to park up and the electronic check in is quick and simple. Collection was just as easy despite our flight being over 24 hours late back into Manchester. We just emailed to let them know and the car was virtually outside the office waiting for us at 01.15 hrs. Really helpful staff even at that time of night. On our way in minutes!
