“Checking in was ok, but key collection didn't work as keys not ready had to go and wait in line at reception to collect key, not really good for a premium car parking.”
“Quick and easy to use, staff helpful. Key collection on return was great and our vehicle was easy to locate.
The only downside is getting into the Meet & Greet T2. There is too much signage for all the other Terminals etc and not good signage for the meet and greet.
Even though we had used Meet & Greet T2 before we still drove into the drop off zone and had to pay £5. Other friends and family have done exactly the same!
Would still recommend and use again.”
