“The signs were confusing but luckily did some research on google maps the night before as there are diversions in place. On entry we parked up and were met by staff manning the car park, on arrival we collected our keys and drove home the experience was very good overall.”

“Having paid for a Meet and Greet Service I would have expected a Meet and Greet service. The clue is in the title!
Upon arrival the parking attendents advised where to park but there was no dedicated office. We had to drop our car key at a box in the Airport departure terminal. Upon our return we had collect our car key from a box in the car multi-storey car park. The key had a tag attached with a poorly written note in thick felt-tip pen indicating which zone our car was parked. We then had to 'trek' around the car park with all our luggage hunting for our car. When we eventually found our car it was parked so close to the car in the next bay I could not open the drivers door. I had to enter through the passenger side and over into the drivers seat. I do have a photograph of this should you wish to contact me.
In sort an extremely poor service, but this seems to be symptomatic of the overall service from Manchester Airport in general. I would not use this service again and would think twice about flying from Manchester Airport again. If I could score lower than 1 star I would.”
