“Drop off process was fine but when I came to pick up my vehicle at the end of our trip it was totally covered in bird droppings which I had to have cleaned at my own expense and then after returning home have since discovered a dent above the rear wheel arch where it looks like a door has been opened into it, won't be using this service again.”

My only criticism is that pick up in T2 is not adaquately signposted and difficult to find.
Apart from that it is good and staff are helpful.”
“Very easy and straightforward process at drop off and pick up. Our flight was significantly delayed on return journey, I called to say we would be collecting the car later than planned and the staff were very helpful. When we arrived at the airport our car was ready and waiting and we were on our way within 10 minutes of collecting our luggage. Would definitely use this service again.”
“Very easy check in & very conveinient for the terminal. However it is getting more popular & on collection there are now two levels with collection points covering both floors which I wasn't aware of. Machines C & D are now upstairs from main collection. The ticket could have been clearer. Ok, I wear glasses, but even after I had unpacked a bag to get my glasses it was obvious the row had been changed, however it was difficult to read whether it had been changed from 1 to 3 or 6, or from 3 to 1 or 6. In the end, after walking up and down the parked cars I found it in row 1. Cross original number out and re-write it rather than amending by scribling over the original number.”
