“Very happy with a painless process, car was dropped off and collected with no issues. Car was parked within the airport parking areas as I could see it on the car tracker that is fitted, so no concerns over what some companies look to do.”
“Well worth paying that bit extra, literally 2 minute undercover walk to terminal,check car in via touch screen computer ( very simple instructions) there was a fellow there if help required. Prints off barcode receipt( must keep for return pickup). On return, follow signage to meet & greet reception, scan barcode receipt , car keys come from automated draw ( assistance there if required) and car in allocated slot . No issues very smooth process.”
“When I arrived to collect my Audi Q3 car it was 19.30 at night the area was very dark, and dimly lit. When I opened my vehicle we noticed that both the front seat seats had been moved from our previous driving position settings, why both?? Then to my astonishment, I noticed a footmark on the rear tunnel carpet that was not there previously, someone in the rear?? I was also very annoyed to find my media/sat nav setting had been altered from when I left it with them, radio, heating setting ect?? Someone!! a driver using my car giving other drivers a lift in my car and messing around inside. I will not recommend this Airport meet and greet, I am extremely disappointed in their service, I will not use this carpark again. Please advise. Very unhappy customer. David Allen”
