“Poor Signage to the Meet and Greet meant people were queued up you hadnt pre booked causing tail backs.3 x Members of staff walked past and ignored the situation
Poorly parked car menat we had to climb over the passenger seat to get in. Have used T3 meet and Greet many times
T2 is very poor”
“Very easy to book online but went to wrong car park as east wasn’t stated on email ( which cost us an extra £12!). Once we found the correct car park the transfer was very easy. On return, had ‘green 7’ on key fob but the attendant had not heard of it and so we had to wander around the car park looking for the car. Despite these hiccups will definitely use again”
“Instruction on printed receipt on how collect car on return unclear. Directed me to area B in the car park. I interpreted that as level B. Suggest the receipt should specify Level Area B. I went to level B and could not find the meet and greet area. Returned to the terminal and meet and greet reception there. Explained my problem to the person at the desk. He said “Use your eyes. There are large signs at the entrance to the car park it’s Area B not Level B. When I eventually found Meet and Greet Reception in the car park and scanned my receipt as instructed the machine gave a ‘void ticket’ message. This was sorted out by the person attending the reception desk. Definitely won’t be using Meet & Greet at Manchester again.”
“Great, easy and efficient service. Would like the sign for the meet and greet at the roundabout to be clearer though, as we ended up paying £5 to exit the airport when we went the wrong way.”
“Very easy to find, park and arrive at the desk. Someone around to help with the machines and overall process.
On return, pick-up is easy to find but some of the signs internal to the terminal are confusing (point down the terminal, once past first door says back through first door. Actually, better to keep going to second one). Pulling suitcases not always easy across kerbs. Key collection easy and car location fairly easy. Very smooth no worries about late flights. Brilliant.”
