system couldn't cope. Attendant had to sort manually. Far more efficient and friendly. Sack the machines!
Could sign indicate or ticket display which level you need to pick car up. Lift showed a number of levels and a couple of car parks but no mention of M&G.. Left us confused at which level to get out. Saying basement didn't help really.
Is there anywhere to stack trolley once car loaded?
