“What a fantastic service. It was absolutely seamless and got our holiday off to a great start. Coming home was just as impressive. Signage great and the service in reception excellent. We will not get taxis again. We will just use this service.”
“Great service dropping off my car, coming to pick it up was a bit more challenging, couldn't initially find key collection area and had to go to the drop off area to find out. When I collected my car it didn't have clear instructions where my car was and took 10 minutes to find it - instructions where it was left said yellow fence whole carpark had a yellow fence”
“Was very easy dropping our cars off and dropping the keys off. However did have issues when collecting the car. Went to my car to find the battery was dead. Never had a dead battery in the 7 years of owning the car (and it has been left for 2 weeks at a time not being moved due to holidays), but the one time we use meet and great the battery was dead (and this was only for 7 nights). Not a great experience after an 8hr flight having to wait for their mechanic to turn up and jump start it and then the worry of anything happening on the motorway on my way home. Such a shame as the rest of the experience was fine.”
