“As we were arriving at the airport early we chose meet and great. The staff were very good and organised and arrival was easy. Coming home, we found the pick up a bit impersonal as we had to scan our receipt and access a locker for our keys with a key code for our car - we would have preferred more staff on duty to enable us to collect our keys.”
