“Getting in and dropping my car off was very easy and right next to the terminal. Unfortunately by the time I had come back from my holiday I notice my wing mirror had been knocked off and left on my seat with no note or prior warning. I had to phone the terminal to find out what had gone on. This caused a lot of distress as I had to drive on the motorway back home without a wing mirror, I am still none this wiser as to how this happened and be reluctant to use this service again.”
“The drop off was clear, quick and perfect.
On return, our keys weren't ready and I was asked if/told that I had booked my return for 5pm instead of 5am as my keys weren't ready. I showed the staff my booking email (where I had booked correctly) and there still wasn't an apology, more of "oh, sometimes someone just gets it wrong".
The staff then told me we'd have to wait 15 minutes while they fetch the car - this was actually 25-30 minutes (with 2 extremely tired kids). I am sure it was an innocent mistake but a basic/poor one and there was no apology.”
