“My husband and I have used M&G, booking through APH many times and, in all fairness, been quite satisfied previously. However there was an issue this time. We had booked and paid for 12 days parking 8-20 May. However, our plane could not land at our destination in Madeira because of dangerous weather conditions and were returned to Manchester. We had to collect our car on 9 May and go home. We were rebooked on another flight on 12 May, still returning on 20 May and had to pay APH again for M&G. We were told our first booking had been completed, despite returning at exactly the same place and time. It also cost an extra £30 for the trouble. We will not be using APH again.”
“Everything went smoothly until we went to collect the car keys on our return. The qr scan didn't lead us to our keys. In fact someone else in front of us presented our keys to reception. Confusion all round. The principal seems fine. But this could have been a costly error.”
