“The person parking us was very nice and helpful, as was the assistant inside who told us what to do and what to expect when we arrived back. The whole process was very smooth and efficient with no fuss.”
“Check in and out were both excellent. But when we collected our key we were told to follow the green tarmac strip to row D where we would find the car. We followed the strip but saw no row markers. OK, it was 0130 am, dark, and we were tired after a long journey, but I wonder if the markings were not clear.
Fortunately I managed to spot the car.”
“The drop off arrangement worked smoothly with personnel on hand to guide us through the process of parking, and depositing keys.
Arriving back to pick up the car, the instructions given on booking seemed incorrect referring to a new M&G office opposite Greggs, fortunately we saw an M&G staff member who whisked us and our luggage out to the outside M&G office where we scanned the receipt, which gave us the locker number containing our keys, with the car location handwritten in the back. Again staff were on hand to help. Car was located as detailed and off we went.
Overall I would definitely use again.”
“The whole process was efficient and well organised meaning that it took away any stress or worries and instead confident that the car was in safe hands.
The plan of the car park could be made more visible as it can be difficult to locate the vehicle especially after a late flight when you’ve had little or no sleep.”
