“Very quick and easy. The car did not clock up lots of miles like some of the complaints I've read in the past.
Only slight issue was the car was not parked in the location on the ticket so I had to search for the vehicle in the pouring rain in the middle of the night”
“My car was left UNLOCKED in an open car park which resulted in my Tesla battery being drained excessively. There was suppose to be enough battery to get my family home without stopping to charge!
On top of that the driver that moved my car had changed the radio station to his liking and had the volume on excessively high.
My expensive car was trusted by APH for parking, NOT for some other persons enjoyment!!!
Absolutely furious! I would never park my Tesla in a public place unlocked, how dare Manchester Airport do that!”
“A very convenient service. I'm not quite sure why there were so many changes to the car's settings when I picked it up - radio very loud & a different radio station, heating set to 28 degrees (was 19 & 20), every setting on seat changed & front console storage area had been opened. Other than that a great service & very quick for dropping off and picking up the car.”
