“On the day we were flying, we missed the flight due to the holiday period and an increase in people travelling. Out of all the people we dealt with on that day as you can appreciate it was distressing, the APH staff were the only people who were courteous all the way through, showed compassion and care and we were exceptionally understanding.
The flight carrier and others all charged extra to reschedule, however Tracy at Manchester APH was so kind I had my mother who is 90 years and 3 children, she could see we were upset, she was so caring and understanding, she amended the dates processed everything for us and assisted us we the new arrangements.
The team at Manchester APH are all highly professional and were extremely helpful during a distressing time, I would highly recommend them. They are undoubtedly the best at what they do.
