“Maybe I didn't read the details carefully enough, but it was hardly meet and greet. I expected to be undercover both dropping off and collecting and for someone to take the car away then bring it back to me when I returned. But no - on arrival you leave the car and walk to an office where you drop the keys off. On return you walk to the office and log in to retrieve your keys - then walk across the car park in the rain to retrieve your car. There's no meet and greet - it is simply a key drop service.”
“So easy to use, park up in a lane & drop off your keys & then on returning you scan a barcode to get your keys back & on the tag it tells you where your car is (a 2 minute walk) so simple. Will definitely use again.”
