“We were met by a lovely smiley man who instructed us where to park, although the spaces are quite tight !
We were then also helped with how to deposit our car keys.
On our return it was a quick simple process to retrieve our keys and locate our car.”
“Directions to the meet and greet are not as obvious as it should be. It is possible to confuse T1 and T3 meet-and-greet drop-off places as one drives into the airport. Car drop-off within the car park might (as in our case) involve a sharp right-hand turn to park at the top end of the row directed. Key drop-off works well.
On return, leaving customs in the airport it is not easy to see the meet and greet directions. Area A key pick-up is mentioned on the key receipt but not clearly identified by signage. Location of car is given as a general colour area and letter (e.g. Green D). Locating the car is left to the owner. If raining this would be really inconvenient as it means wandering around the area until finding the car. we had to pull the luggage a long way. So.. not so much as meet-and-greet as go-find-your-own car. Relatively narrow spaces could make it difficult to reverse out when driving a large estate. Luckily the car next to ours had already left.
Having said all this it is generally a convenient service to use. we have used T2 meet and greet and this is better.”
