“This way an easy stress free way of parking by the airport. Just drove in, transfer bus to the airport was just sitting there waiting as we got out of the car. At the airport terminal with in 5minutes. Only down side is on arrival back not greatly signposted. We sat at the wrong pick up point for quite a while until we realised we where at the wrong one.”

“Unfortunately, we arrived 9th October to pick our brand new vehicle up & found it had been scraped on the front by the White Fiat Trigano Tribute T-669 Campervan parked next to my vehicle, we have photographs of the parked vehicles but no Registration number.
I immediately reported this to Jetparks via the exit barrier intercom & told to contact Manchester Airport Police Collision Investigation Unit from which a Case (3035- 9th October 2025) was opened from which they responded, 'without Registration number & CCTV could not proceed any further'
so left unhappy with a bill.
Had the Police requested details of the vehicle models booked in I'm sure it would have been identified.
Jetparks 1 know who is booked & parked with them within these dates/times & surely they could narrow this down to this vehicle responsible, how many white Campervans of this model was parked during this period.
By make & model, this could be have been identified & thus showing the damage on this vehicle.
I have used Jetparks for many years without problems & appreciate this issue may be unsolvable.
It leaves me with little future assurance my vehicle is parked in a safe environment!
